Information and request for consent for the processing of personal data Information document pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13, Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 Privacy Policy.

In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Privacy Consolidation Act) and subsequent amendments, we hereby provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of your personal and possibly sensitive data in our possession.

1. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Purposes of the processing for which we grant consent where required (art. 23 Legislative Decree 196/03).

The personal and possibly sensitive data voluntarily provided will be processed for the following purposes:

  1. any sending of information requested by you; 
  2. possible inclusion on this website of your name and possible inclusion of photographs provided by you;
  3. administrative activities strictly connected and instrumental to the management of customer relations (e.g.: acquisition of information prior to the conclusion of a contract, performance of operations on the basis of obligations arising from contracts concluded with customers, etc.);
  4. accounting activities (issuing of invoices, preparation of payments) and any transfer of data abroad, including to non-EU countries within the limits of the law;
  5. supply of goods and services and for the protection of credit positions arising therefrom;
  6. information activities, for the formalization of requests for information on products, services, for the preparation of estimates or offers;
  7. subscription to mailing lists, information activities;
  8. commercial and statistical activities, until you object.

2. PROCESSING METHODS – STORAGE

The processing will be carried out automatically and/or manually, using methods and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed for this purpose in compliance with the provisions of art. 31 et seq. Legislative Decree 196/03. The data shall be kept for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed.

3. SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION

Your data, object of the processing, will not be disclosed except within the limits expressed in the following information acquired consent, may instead be communicated to companies associated with BB Group of Bertolini Stefano, abroad within the European Union, in accordance with and within the limits of Article 42 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. 4. NATURE OF THE CONFERMENT

The conferment of data is optional for you, however, in the absence of such data, BB Group of Bertolini Stefano may find it impossible to provide the services required to fulfill contractual, accounting and tax obligations. The owner also informs you that the possible non-communication, or wrong communication, of one of the compulsory information, has the following consequences:

  1. the impossibility for the controller to guarantee the congruity of the processing itself with the contractual agreements for which it is carried out;

5. RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS

  1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
  2. The interested party has the right to obtain indication of: 
  1. a) the origin of the personal data;
  2. b) the purposes and methods of processing
  3. c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
  4. d) the identity of the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5 (2);
  5. e) the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
  1. The interested party has the right to obtain
  1. a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data;
  2. b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  3. c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
  1. The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part
  1. a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
  2. b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.

6. COOKIES

BB Group of Bertolini Stefano and third party suppliers, including Google, use both proprietary cookies and third party cookies to determine the correlation between visits to the website and ad impressions from the Google AdWords display network, other uses of advertising services and interactions with these ad impressions and services, and to determine reports on demographic data and interests from Google Analytics.
